Shonda was born and raised in Johnson City, TN in the Tri-Cities region of Tennessee and Virginia. She graduated with honors from Science Hill High School, and earned her B.B.A. degree in Finance, with a Real Estate concentration, from East Tennessee State University.

With a passion for educating home buyers about mortgage financing options and homeownership opportunities, Shonda began her real estate career in 1996 as an Affiliate Broker. Since then, Shonda has helped numerous clients through the ever-changing maze of real estate transactions! She is committed to giving the highest level of service and knows the "ins and outs" of buying and selling homes. Dedication, integrity and exceptional service distinguish her in the field of real estate.

While real estate is a passion, Shonda's main priority is her family. With them, she enjoys four-wheeling, camping, fishing and gardening. Shonda volunteers for and supports a number of community organizations.
